Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

RADMEL GAMES is an independent game studio based in Vietnam and is responsible for the processing described here. The production Android package and iOS bundle identifier is com.radmelgames.dinoeggfall. Contact us at [email protected].

Ordinary play does not require an account, your real name, postal address or payment-card details. This policy does not describe purchases, cloud saves or an online account as active DINO features. Visiting our studio website is covered separately by the studio website policy.

2. Information and purposes

• Local play data. The game stores progress, scores, unlocked content, preferences and save/recovery information on your device so that you can continue playing. Advertising choices do not erase your game progress. Operating-system backups, if you enable them, follow your backup provider’s settings.
• Advertising and technical data. In advertising-enabled builds, advertising SDKs can process network information, IP-derived general location, device/app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance data. We use these services to select and deliver ads, measure their operation, manage ad quality and detect fraud. An identifier may be personal information even if it is not your name.
• Privacy preferences. Consent tools store your selections and related technical signals on your device and communicate the information needed to apply them to supported advertising services.
• Gameplay analytics. DINO uses Google Analytics for Firebase, which starts automatically during normal use. It processes an app-instance identifier, device/app and session information, approximate location derived from IP, and play events such as screens viewed, playthrough identifiers, game modes, scores, moves, results, and tutorial or settings interactions. We use this information to understand use and improve DINO. These identifiers and events can be personal data; we do not describe them as anonymous.
• Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and the text or files you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate reported problems. Do not send passwords, complete payment details or unnecessary identity documents.

Core play does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera or precise GPS location. Ads can open a store, browser or another app when you choose to follow them; that destination has its own privacy practices.

3. Services used by DINO

Ad delivery may involve advertisers and their technology partners described by the relevant provider and consent message. The partners and purposes available for your region are presented by the privacy tools where required. Providers may act in different roles for their own services; this policy does not replace their notices.

4. Advertising and your choices

Advertising-enabled versions can display banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Reading this policy or continuing to play is not consent to personalized advertising.

Where required, the game presents a privacy message before requesting ads. Use Settings → Privacy (shown as “Quyền riêng tư” in Vietnamese) to reopen available privacy options. When no options form is required, that entry opens the policy. The choices offered depend on your region and the configured consent message. Declining personalized advertising or Apple tracking permission does not prevent core play; ads may be restricted or unavailable.

On Apple devices, the separate App Tracking Transparency prompt controls permission for cross-company tracking and access to the advertising identifier. You can change this in iOS/iPadOS Settings. Android provides advertising-ID controls in device settings. These advertising controls do not themselves switch off separate gameplay analytics.

This version does not provide an in-game switch to turn off Firebase gameplay analytics. The advertising privacy entry manages advertising choices. You can contact us about the requests and rights described below.

Disclosures to advertising partners can be considered “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under applicable law. Use the available privacy options to exercise applicable opt-out choices. The app passes supported, recorded choices to advertising partners. When a supported US privacy signal is unavailable, this release candidate applies a restrictive publisher setting against sale/sharing; it does not record an inferred opt-in or pretend that you selected an option.

5. Your requests and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, opt out of certain advertising uses, and complain to a data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not change processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Email [email protected] with the subject “DINO EGGFALL privacy request.” Tell us the platform, app version and nature of your request. We will seek only the information needed to verify and handle it. Because the game does not require an account, an email address alone may not identify an installation or records held by a provider; we will explain the limitation and the available next steps.

We handle valid requests for information within our control and assist with relevant provider requests where possible. Provider privacy notices also explain their own request mechanisms. Clearing local data or uninstalling can remove device progress, but does not itself delete information already held by providers or backups.

6. Retention, transfers and security

Local saves remain until removed, overwritten or cleared, subject to device-backup behaviour. We retain support records and other information under our control only while needed for their stated purposes, requests, disputes or applicable obligations. Provider records follow the relevant service’s retention and deletion arrangements; there is no single retention period for all advertising and analytics data.

RADMEL GAMES operates from Vietnam. Providers may process information in other countries. The providers’ notices describe their processing locations and transfer arrangements. Contact us for information relevant to your data. We use reasonable access and security controls; no method of storage or transmission can guarantee complete security.

7. Young players

DINO is a general-audience game. Age ratings describe content suitability and do not provide consent to data processing. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children where parental permission is required without that permission. A parent or guardian who believes a child’s information has been processed improperly should contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Updates and contact
